Fried Potatoes are great side dish and snacks. They are a lot healthier
alternative of deep fried french fries. Oven fried potatoes are healthy and
taste as good as deep fried potatoes. Basic ingredients to make Oven fried
potatoes remain the same like potatoes, salt, pepper or any other seasoning and
oil. Since these aren't deep fried only a little oil is required to make mouth
watering Oven fried potatoes. Usage of oven instead of a deep fryer makes it a

to a serving of Oven fried potatoes that contains about 7g of fat and none of
the fat in Oven fried potatoes is saturated if Olive oil is used.
Oven fried
potatoes are baked in the oven with a little brushing of oil and they still
have the goodness of Vitamin C, fibers, Complex Carbs and a lot less fat. Oil
on the surface makes it crispy like deep fried potatoes however the potato
cooks through high temprature in the oven.
